Sharing a passion for upcycling through the joy of colour.

One of a kind design, made with love on Waiheke island, Aotearoa

Drawing on a fashion background and passion for recycling, Heke Design is creating unique colourful fashion, utilizing resources we already have.

Working from local surplus clothing, each item is individually cut, allowing for one of a kind, wearable piece.

After learning how much clothing and textile waste existed, we felt it was important to do things differently. Hence, Heke Design was born in 2009.

All of our clothing is manufactured on Waiheke Island, NZ from vintage and re-claimed textiles.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I can do custom orders of my hoody tops and my sweater-coats. You can choose any colour combination you want, and decide on long/short sleeve and with or without hood.

I can even use a favourite Tshirt or sweater/jumper of yours, in a new upcycled garment. Price is only $20 more for a custom order. Just email me with your size and colour requirements. Payment can be made with Paypal, or NZ online banking if you're local.
